This service is ideal for couples who are considering getting married abroad but who are uncertain on where to start and who would benefit from spending some time with a wedding planner to pick their brains on any points.
Especially useful for busy couples who cannot schedule a meeting or who are uncertain at this stage if they will require a wedding planner for the entire wedding. Penelope will answer any questions you might have and help you in the right direction

FIRST STEPS
A TWO HOUR SESSION TO HELP YOU MOVE FROM PLANNING TO ORGANIZING.
Specifically designed to help you kick start your wedding plans from the idea stage to the planning stage.
During the two hour face-to-face meeting, we will explain what is required to start planning your wedding by focusing on your specific requirements and the various implications.
We prepare ourselves in advance courtesy of a questionnaire you are asked to answer prior to the meeting. This is essential as it helps us understand exactly what you are looking for and so be able to recommend the appropriate services, tips and ideas on how to create your perfect day.
Everything is summarised in a report sent to you after the meeting, together with a suggested to-do list on what your next steps need to be.
£150 (includes the two-hour session, one hour preparation prior the meeting, a full report and to-do list)

LEGALITIES
Dealing with the administrative technicalities and finding the required documents when planning a wedding abroad, can be stressful and daunting.
With this service, we provide information on all the required documents for the wedding to take place; this includes submitting all the necessary documentation on your behalf for pre-approval, arranging appointments with either the Official or the Registrar and booking the wedding time and day with the Municipality or the Church. In the event that the wedding is to take place at an approved venue other than the Municipality, we act as liaisons with the relevant parties to make sure that all the bookings have been made and everything is in order for the wedding.
